Return Policy
OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed after receiving your item, any refund or exchange request will not be entertained.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item delivered that is damaged during logistics or has manufacturing fault is eligible for an exchange request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Return/exchange on items will not be accepted if the perfume is used multiple times or if the bottle is broken or damaged causing a leakage.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, we’ll contact you on your provided number/email to initiate the process of refund.
